You have two disks in your system.  The first one appears to have
Windows installed in EFI mode and you are installing Ubuntu to the
second one in bios mode.  If you want to dual boot you will need to boot
the Ubuntu installer in EFI mode to install it in EFI mode as well.  If
you want to boot Ubuntu in bios mode ( will need to swap disks or change
boot drive in bios ), then you need to choose to install grub to
/dev/sdb instead of /dev/sda.
