Public bug reported:
I tried to find out whether the bug I would like to report is already
known. On that occasion I realised that lauchpad is a reporting tool to
communicate from expert to expert. However, what is needed, is a tool
where an *ordinary user* can report a problem to the developers /
experts.
Moreover launchpad expects me to know the English names of things. For
example I observed a problem in (German) Steuerzentrale / Geräte /
Tastatur, Tastaturbelegung, Belegungswechsel. If I have installed an
Ubuntu in German, French, ..., how can I know the English names of these
concepts?
