Public bug reported:
When adding or removing applications from the system (either via snap
cli, apt, or snappy scope), the contents of the App Drawer do not
refresh to reflect the current state of installed apps in the system.
There is also no way to manually cause a refresh, and searching only
works on the existing cached results.
