My description was ambiguous; it did not explicitly state that suspend was not *initiated*, rather than suspend/resume failing. I apologize for the confusion caused. I think I have updated it to make the issue more clear.
Your workaround would have been helpful if the transformation you made to the nature of the bug was accurate. Again, I apologize for creating an ambiguous description, but I would suggest asking the submitter for clarification in such a case. I will update the BIOS and check it out. Thank you for your efforts and I am sorry that I did not create a clear description initially. It's often difficult to perceive how your words may be misconstrued but I could definitely have taken more care in the submission. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1649752 Title: [Lenovo ThinkPad T450s] Suspend is not triggered by closing lid when DisplayPort monitor connected To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1649752/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
