Public bug reported:
After resuming from S3 (suspend to RAM), KDE's screen locker briefly
shows desktop/application contents before locking the screen, possibly
revealing sensitive information to a third party.
Expected: The screen locker should block the view to the desktop and
running applications instantly after resuming.
Observed: Desktop/application contents can be seen briefly (usually less
than one second).
(Using libkscreenlocker5:amd64 5.7.5-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 16.10.)
