Public bug reported:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add another keyboard layout, e.g. Russian. Set key combination to switch
languages to Capslock
2. Change keyboard layout to Russian.
3. Lock the screen with Ctrl-Alt-l
4. Try to unlock the screen
No matter what it's impossible now to unlock the screen. Changing keyboard
layout with key combination or using mouse doesn't help. System always reports
invalid password.
It works absolutely fine if keyboard layout before locking the screen was
English.
I was able to reproduce it on clean 16.10 install in VM.
