Public bug reported:
1.12.37 has been released upstream and has been uploaded to Debian. The
Standards-version has also bumped. We should merge from Debian.
The remaining changes are as follows:
* debian/control:
- Add Breaks/Replaces on older versions of phablet-tools that used
to also ship a /usr/bin/repo file. Can drop this delta after the
next LTS.
I see no reason why the delta shouldn't be kept.
