@Patrick are you sure?? i'm using ubuntu 16.10 with kernel 4.8.0-34, the last time that i've verified, the problem wasn't solved. tomorrow i'll test again. have you an updated system?? an update fixed the problem? do you have the problem on ubuntu 16.04.1 live?
