There's no option for specifying proxies using the ubuntu-default-image
script
I've attached a patch - it fully supports http proxy support being
passed to live-build, I've added cursory bash env variable support for
https_proxy and ftp_proxy too, but these just get set as bash vars in
the script, and go no further.
