Public bug reported:
It seems that tld_serv_list is volatile data and should be closely kept
in sync with upstream even for LTS. I suggest for the current
https://github.com/rfc1036/whois/blob/next/tld_serv_list to be
backported to trusty and xenial and ubuntu+1 from time to time. For
trusty and xenial this would mean SRU.
