Hi Christian,

definitely an issue with the software-center packages hence
an installation of clamtk, clamav et c. via terminal / console
works like a charm (already tested on various systems).
Other than with the 'random' crashes of the software-center
I can bet on the outcome of an installation via xfce desktop with
software-center(-*)

(At least not as weird as the rare crashes with unspecific error
messages and alsa and / or xfce (or who-knows-what-else is
involved there) issues after the installation of fxcyberjack
(both via terminal or desktop installation)
Even the card-reader manufacturer Reiner sct says indirectly
that fxcyberjack is obselete and I'm getting an idea why... )
