Someone that knew the existence of this report chose to rewrite it again
in (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1639517)

This is presumably because this one has the importance set to "low",
while the bug is preventing users to boot their systems.

This is another example of why importance is more meaningful when based
in impact only. With your permission I'm setting it here based on that
criteria.
