In a dual display setup when opening windows (or moving them from full
screen mode) windows gain their own title-bar with
close/minimise/maximise buttons as expected. When this is done on the
secondary display they are not present. At times not even space for
them is allocated. Moving those windows to the primary display makes
those icons appear with them disappearing when returned to the secondary
display (space is retained for them in this case).
