Sebastien, Thank you. Your suggestion fixed the issue. It may be marked as solved.
The displays were stacked on top of one another as well in the settings GUI, hence the reason I didn't catch the issue in the first place. Not sure this would be considered a bug, maybe just a quirk of the GUI interface.
