---Problem Description---
Ubuntu 16.04.02: Error message "kernel version is not supported" is
logged during fadump, dump capture will be successful.
---Steps to Reproduce---
1. Configure fadump.
2. Trigger crash.

Please pick the latest version of makedumpfile (v1.6.1) which officially
supports 4.8 kernels.
