on Ubuntu 16.04.1 Modem 03f0:931d not switched and appear as a Network
card instead of a broadband mobile.
Installing latest modeswitch and modeswitchdata ( 20160803 ) from Zesty
make it appear as a mobile broadband device but not initialized
