Hello bugproxy, or anyone else affected, Accepted util-linux into yakkety-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/util- linux/2.28.2-1ubuntu1.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
