Public bug reported:
There is no entry fin /etc/udev/rules.d/45-libsane.rules for the Epson
StylusScan 2500 (however there is for the 2000).
This is fixed by adding the line:
# Epson StylusScan 2500
SYSFS{idVendor}=="04b8", SYSFS{idProduct}=="0106", MODE="664", GROUP="scanner"
at line 394 immeadiately after the line for the StylusScan 2000
