Public bug reported:
The pythonconsole plugin registers itself to the gear menu plugin
section. In Unity, the gear menu is missing from the toolbar and the
"python-console" menu item cannot be found in the app menu (Image, Edit,
View, etc.) and not in the Unity Hud.
