ppc64el fails with
QtWebEngine can only be built for x86, x86-64, ARM, Aarch64, MIPSel, and MIPS64
architectures.

so is seemingly an invalid build architecture for this?
arm64, powerpc & s390x appear to depwait on unsatisfied depends, which
looking at the status of these packages in the archive and debian do not
appear that they ever will be satisfiable for these architectures.
