Public bug reported:
bcmwl-kernel-source driver on a BCM43142 card has a slow wifi connection
with a high latency, while the device works properly on Microsoft
windows. The result is that browsing is slow and online games lag.
Pinging the router also reports a much higher latency than that of other
devices (>70 ms instead of about ~1,5-2 ms).
