Public bug reported:
When ~/.config/pulse is on an tmpfs file-system, changes made to the .tdb files
by pulseaudio (e.g having changed the volume level) do not cause the mtime to
be updated. They update as expected on a standard ext4 file-system. The actual
file content is confirmed to be changing.
This results in rsync believing the files are unchanged.
A similar sounding issue exists on the freebsd mailing lists and it looks like
patch was
submitted to resolve it.
