I'm cleaning up older bugs and I'm sorry that this seems to have slipped
through.
But as of today all these versions are unsupported - so I'd hope you just
upgraded further and have it working.
If anything I'd point out from your log:
unable to make backup link of './boot/xen-4.5-armhf' before installing new
version: Operation not permitted
If there is anything set up in a special way that is a reason
