Public bug reported:
When installing with a Gutsy 32bit RC CD on a network that requires
HTTP/FTP proxy setup, the user is not asked to configure the general
Proxy setup (System-Preferences-Network Proxy), or the APT proxy setup
(in Synaptic).
This means the setup stalls when trying to update the repositories, and
requires a complete restart of the setup - then setting both of these in
the "Live" system, then the setup can proceeed as anticipated.
Once the setup is complete, the new system also requires the same Proxy
setups to be repeated (as well as Firefox).
