Hello bugproxy, or anyone else affected, Accepted ppc64-diag into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ppc64-diag/2.7.0-0ubuntu4 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
