I am using Ububtu 16.04 LTS, had this problem before and still happens.
After restore computer from suspend mode, the bluethooth stops working/ is
disabled.
It doesn't start even if i toggle the OFF button. Also the icon on the menu bar
is also gone.
I've tried several commands to restore/reload module's firmware but nothing
seems to work.
It looks like a bug.
