That's ok. I interpret it the same way. Launchpad isn't always able to translate bug status from the Debian BTS 100%, I think it sees any closed bug as fixed. (The most annoying ones are those which seem to be fix released and you think "oh, great!", but when you click on it, you see that "sorry, we've remove this package all together, closing related issues" :( ) But ok, marking this as Won't fix seem to require additional permissions, but I'll see if I can get some help there.
