Public bug reported:
I'm using fcitx and googlepinyin. Fcitx always drains away lots of memory
(1000m+) in several seconds when typing Chinese, which may cause the whole
system to crash.
It appeared after i upgraded to ubuntu 16.10 from 16.04 with update-manager.
