First thank you for the detailed report, however like you I'm not
entirely sure what the issue is without reproducing this. Because this
is on an unsupported release at this point I am going to mark it 'Won't
Fix', however if you are still having difficulties on a supported
release, feel free to update this bug and mark it as 'New' to have
another look.
