Hi,
Since 5.7.17-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 package upgrade we are no more able to
create not null datetime.
It was working fine with 5.7.16-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
The error reported by mysql:
1292, u"Incorrect datetime value: '0000-00-00 00:00:00' for column
'updated_at_ts' at row 1") [SQL: u'ALTER TABLE resource_type ADD COLUMN
updated_at_ts DATETIME(6) NOT NULL'
