Public bug reported:
The library flags written to hdf5.pc do not include -lhdf5_hl, although
this library must be linked against to use several of the HDF5 C APIs
(Lite, Image, Table, and Packet Table) and it is provided by this
package. Since not all uses of HDF5 require this library it might be
reasonable to place this in a separate pkg-config 'package' (i.e.
hdf5_hl.pc).
