** Description changed: - I installed Ubuntu 16.10 on my Lenovo Ideapad Flex 4 laptop. Ubuntu does - not recognize the touchpad (it does recognize the touch screen nicely - though). When I run xinput -list, I do not see the touchpad. I dual boot - with Windows 10, which recognizes the touchpad from Elantech. I searched - online for days and I found Elantech drivers for Ubuntu 14.04, however, - I was unable to load older versions of Ubuntu on my laptop.
