Public bug reported:

The first attempt to upgrade left the package in a partially configured state.
dpkg --configure -a said it was in a bad state and so should be re-installed.
I attempted to re-install with apt install --reinstall liblsan0:amd64
6.2.0-5ubuntu12
and it appeared to be okay but then popped up a pop up saying there was a
problem installing
and asked me if I wanted to report. I chose yes, so here I am.
