I followed the guide in
https://developer.ubuntu.com/core/get-started/intel-joule
This links to the Ubuntu Core 16.04.1 image.
However, it came with snapd 12.16, and it does not automatically update to the
latest version.
I tried "sudo snap refresh" and "sudo snap refresh core", but it says
everything is up to date.
On The IRC, orga_ sent me a new image file.
http://people.canonical.com/~platform/snappy/tuchuck/uc16-beta4/
This could fix the problem, but I haven't tried it yet.
