We've seen two failures like this in a recent britney run:

qmltestrunner::OrientedShell::test_lockPhoneAfterClosingAppInSpreadThenUnlockAndRotate()
function returned unexpected result

I've managed to reproduce in lxc with ubuntu-daily:xenial/i386 image
with overlay added, plus stress and running 10 in parallel.
