Hello Joshua, or anyone else affected, Accepted gss-ntlmssp into yakkety-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gss- ntlmssp/0.7.0-3~ubuntu0.16.10.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
