Since you mention version 0.3, I assume this is the version packaged in
Ubuntu Zesty (0.3+17.04.20161219-0ubuntu1). I can confirm that
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/libcontent-hub.pc in libcontent-hub-
dev in this version indeed contains "Version: 0.2.0" which seems like a
mismatch.
