Could you please explain me again the steps to reproduce the first issue, i
wasn't able to understand correctly.
About the second issue, if you create a new appointment, meeting, or whatever
and select the timezone checkbox in the view menu, do you get the desired
behaviour?, here at least work as you mention you wish it works.
