This is affecting our servers, which we just upgraded to 16.04. No unity or gnome or any of that. Memory, for any application it seems, just grows more rapidly. I'm convinced this is related to the kernel.
I hate to be the guy to say this, but why isn't this a bigger deal? I've tried 4.4.0-59 and 4.8.0-34.
