Public bug reported:
while testing zesty unity8 deb session
"grabbed" the terminal window with the mouse on the app's title bar, drug the
app to the right
the faint window showing final destination appeared - upon releasing, the app
didn't occupy.

after some fiddling, the app did seem to recover and pop into that location -
although, there didn't seem to be a good rhyme or reason to that.
