Hi Heather, This is available for xenial via the ocata cloud archive.
To enable that:
sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:ocata
sudo apt update
If you need this in earlier releases of openstack then we'd first have
to get the upstream patch backported to the stable/newton branch before
anything else.
