Binary package hint: kdepim
If basket is installed and running while starting kontact, basket is brought
into focus, like a pop-under to Kontact. This has to be a bug.
If basket isn't running (not in the "systray" or what to call it) then basket
is started and put in the "systray", ie not a pop-under to Kontact.
The expected behaviour is to start minimized (in systray) if not running
or no action if running.
I'll be happy to explain in greater detail if needed and will respond
promptly to requests for information.
