hp-setup insists on trying to retrieve key from pgp.mit.edu

Command executed by hp-setup :
/usr/bin/gpg --homedir /root/.hplip/.gnupg --no-permission-warning --keyserver 
pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys 0x4ABA2F66DBD5A95894910E0673D770CDA59047B9


(1) This is even if key is already in the key ring. It should have checked the 
key ring for existence and skipped if it exists. 

(2) It not using hkp://pgp.mit.edu and therefore fails to download key
