I have tested the last 4 or so Ubuntu Studio releases and they have gone fine,
and Ubuntu 13.10 is no longer supported. Therefore I am closing this bug.
Sorry that nobody responded before now. Somebody must have identified the bug
separately fixed it. Thanks for taking the time to report the bug & make Ubuntu
Studio better.
