I see from the logs:
(II) intel(0): Output VGA is connected to pipe A
(II) intel(0): Output LVDS is connected to pipe B
(II) intel(0): Output TV is connected to pipe none
Can you confirm you have a laptop panel, a VGA monitor and a TV
connected?
The problem in this case might be how X figures out which ouputs should
share a pipe. Can you add the option:
Option "ModeDebug" "true"
under the Section "Device" for the video card in your xorg.conf please,
and get a new log.
This should let us see much more clearly how the BIOS is setting up the
video chip registers, and might give us some indication how the Xorg
driver shuold do too.
