Public bug reported:
According to my handy dandy research the cursor theme seems to be
missing at least the following cursors to be complete:
all-scroll
cell
center_ptr
context-menu
The only one I've explicitly noticed missing is the all-scroll cursor.
There are probably more cursors missing. If you need more missing ones,
I can come back and report.
Using versin 4.4 of the dmz-cursor-theme
