Sorry, what is POWERplay?
Besides that, to search for a file in installed packages, you would use "dpkg
-S <file>", e.g. "dpkg -S aticonfig". If this returns nothing, the package
apt-file might be helpful, which allows to search in all existing packages
(it's in "universe").
apt-file showed that "aticonfig" is in xorg-driver-fglrx, so I'm assigning the
bug to this package.
