Hi,
as maintainer, please can a bug-fix release of budgie-desktop be added
to zesty.
This release has two patches.
First is an upstream bug-fix - detailed in 0001-panel-Restore-missing-
animations-GTK-3.22.patch
Second is a patch requested by JBicha - to support an gtk3.23 (i.e.
gtk3.24) version of gnome-settings-daemon. GSD is currently in the
gnome3-team/staging ppa and is about to be sync'd to zesty

due to missing draw-background key
