I tried different kernels, settings, even instructions from #140 post of this thread... Nothing could help. But some distros worked fine on this laptop - for example Manjaro and CentOS (waking up from suspend without issues). On my Lenovo s205 the only installing "tlp" and "tlp-rdw" (Linux Advanced Power Management) solved problem with freezing after suspend. The Kernel I'm using is 4.4.0-62-generic (Linux Mint 18.1).
