Compaq MV720 VGA Monitor:
Both on Install and Install in safe graphics mode, monitor goes in
stand-by mode (occurs on DVI channel 1 and 2) . Kubuntu Feisty 32bit had
no problems on install.

+ Monitor goes in Standby-mode from kernel initialization till it reaches kmd.
Install from Live CD is possible. Same stand-by mode occurs when booting the
installed kubuntu.
